NEWS2score supports emergency physicians, EMS teams and emergency department staff in capturing vital parameters according to the established NEWS2 scheme and presenting the overall score transparently – from pre-hospital initial care to clinical handover. The app is designed for typical scenarios involving suspected infection, sepsis or general deterioration and deliberately remains an aid without independent therapy recommendations.

The app calculates age-appropriate emergency medications for typical pre-hospital scenarios and combines AR size measurement, Broselow zones and DIVI colour coding according to ISO 26825 in a clear, field-ready interface.
