Drivio is a web application (PHP/MySQL) that lets organisations map the path from registration to the practical test in a traceable way: appointments, certificates, theory progress, driving lessons and examination results in one place. Roles separate responsibilities; cron-based sending provides reminders for due steps.
Drivio is aimed at aid organisations and comparable training structures that support many candidates in parallel and need a consistent overview:
The goal is transparency in the process – without paper chaos and with traceable status for each mandatory step.
The application supports, among other things, registration and confirmation at the driving school, medical certificate, first aid, eye test, theory learning progress, driving lessons including special drives, and theory and practical examinations – each with appointments, documents and results where applicable.
Admin, superuser, staff and candidate have graduated rights: organisation administration, editing candidate data, team-related tasks or a restricted personal area for learners.
Configurable reminder rules and a scheduled call (cron) enable email notifications for open or upcoming steps – tailored to the respective organisation.
Drivio runs as a classic server application with PHP and a database (e.g. MySQL/MariaDB). Access is via the browser; the production instance is available on its own subdomain.
